 You’ve found a relatively quiet spot for the night in a flood catchment area near a busy part of town overgrown with trees and bushes, or perhaps under a bridge, or in a secluded patch of woods just outside of town. As the evening chill sets in, you notice a fellow hobo, an older woman named Agnes, frantically searching her meager belongings. Her face is etched with worry, and she seems on the verge of tears.
